This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity based at our Bracknell office - Hybrid working – 2 days office/3 days remote
Occasional travel within the UK may be required for key meetings or project engagements.

Resource Management:
1. Maintain and update engineers resource schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects.
2. Work closely with internal engineers & external suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery and execution.
3. Manage all aspects of project delivery, from engineer logistics to site, to troubleshooting and aspects of customer satisfaction.
4. Work with resourcing, pre-sales and sales teams to provide additional support where and when required to ensure “right first-time delivery” on all projects.
Project Coordination:
1. Support project planning by tracking deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
2. Maintain and update project documentation, including reports, timelines, and risk registers.
3. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
4. Ensure adherence to project governance frameworks such as PMP, PRINCE2, and Agile methodologies, along with industry best practices.
Stakeholder Communication:
1. Serve as a liaison between Sales, Solutions Architects, Leadership, and business stakeholders.
2. Provide regular updates on resource availability, project status, and potential risks.
3. Support conflict resolution related to resource allocation and project scheduling.
Reporting & Analytics:
1. Generate and maintain reports on resource utilization, capacity planning, and project performance.
2. Use project management tools to track and report key project metrics.
3. Identify and escalate potential risks and bottlenecks impacting project delivery.
Required Skills, Experience and Competencies:
Essential:
1. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
2. Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master).
3. Project management/coordination experience gained within a Professional Services environment.
4. Proficiency in project management and resource planning tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
5. Ability to analyse data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
6. Knowledge of workforce planning, capacity management, and talent optimization strategies.
7. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
8. Proactively identify and resolve resource conflicts and project risks.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
10. Ability to respond to changing priorities and support projects through dynamic environments.
Desirable:
1. Previous use and knowledge of SAP.
2. Spoken and written proficiency in (Dutch or German or Spanish).
