A newly created position within the team, this opportunity arises as part of the business’s ongoing investment in brand-building and category growth. It’s the perfect role for a Shopper Marketing Manager eager to lead strategic campaigns across multiple channels while working closely with high-profile brand and retail partners.
The Shopper Marketing Manager will:
* Lead the development and delivery of integrated 360° shopper marketing campaigns across digital, in-store and e-commerce platforms
* Collaborate with brand, category, and external agency teams to translate brand plans into shopper-focused activation
* Own and manage campaign budgets, ensuring strong ROI and alignment with brand and customer objectives
* Play a key role in the UK and Ireland new product development projects
* Monitor and analyse shopper activity performance, drawing insights to optimise future plans
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience in a shopper marketing role within FMCG, ideally 3-5 years, with demonstrable success delivering impactful campaigns
* Strong commercial awareness and a passion for combining data and creativity to influence shopper behaviour
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative, can-do attitude
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with NIQ/Circana data advantageous
