What you’ll do
As Customer Insights Quality Specialist, you will play a key role in the Networks Quality UK team, focused on Customer Insights. You will support senior managers with Customer Insights data extraction, analysis and reporting regularly.
* You will perform Customer Insights KPI reporting and trend analysis.
* You will understand market specific customer usage behaviour trends and conduct tool-based data analysis on customer usage for predictive failure detection and quality improvements.
* You will extract, clean and analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends and provide meaningful recommendations.
* You will develop, maintain and improve regular reports using SQL, Python and other data analysis tools.
Who you are
* You will have strong analytical skills.
* You will have a basic understanding and experience of SQL and Python (including Jupyter Notebooks) for data analysis, manipulation and reporting.
* You will have basic experience with data visualisation tools Tableau Desktop, PowerBI or similar.
* You will have a basic knowledge of Mobile Networks architecture and KPI metrics impacting customer experience.
* You will have experience working with Microsoft Excel.
* You will have the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing environment.
