Part-Time Autism Practitioner Position
We are recruiting Autism Practitioners for a part-time role (7 hours per week) with flexible working hours. The hourly rate is £12.60 - £13.30. Reference: SA777.
About the Role
In this role, you will support an active young woman to participate in community activities and develop daily living skills. She is determined, humorous, warm, and enjoys structure, early mornings, and animals. She volunteers at an animal shelter and loves exploring her community by car, bike, or on foot.
Responsibilities
1. Assist her in accessing and engaging with local community activities.
2. Support her in activities like walking in nature and cycling.
3. Help maintain her tenancy and support her decision-making.
4. Promote wellbeing, community involvement, and daily living skills.
About You
* Motivated, resilient, creative, and proactive, able to motivate her to start her day.
* Enjoy active, practical roles with varied daily activities, including outings and physical tasks.
* Enjoy engaging conversations and learning about her interests.
* Ability to work independently and take initiative based on her needs and wishes.
* Full UK driving license is desirable.
