About the Role:
As a Parts Advisor at Steer, you will play a key role in keeping our service department efficient and well-organized. You’ll manage inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and provide essential support to our technicians. Your deep knowledge of automotive parts and strong communication skills will help uphold our reputation for outstanding service.
Main Responsibilities:
* Allocate parts into stock and enter them into our system to maintain precise inventory records.
* Track orders to ensure timely delivery, helping the bodyshop team minimize delays.
* Coordinate with suppliers for delivery dates and manage returns for credits when needed.
* Maintain and nurture positive supplier relationships.
* Keep the Parts Department clean, organized, and efficient.
About You:
We're looking for an outstanding candidate with:
* Prior experience in a purchasing or parts advisory role, ideally in the automotive industry.
