Description
The key responsibilities of a Part-time Administrator candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
Ensure smooth running of the office through effective organisation and coordination.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as correspondence, document preparation, and data entry.
Provide support to the team in the form of scheduling, meeting arrangements, and logistics handling.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
Maintain and update confidential records and databases.
Facilitate effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with organisation's policies and procedures.
Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.Profile
A successful 'part-time Administrator' should have:
A strong educational background in administration, business management or a related field.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in office software such as MS Office Suite and database systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A meticulous eye for detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
