QA & Compliance Coordinator Reporting to: Head of PMO Hours of work: Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week Department: Quality & Compliance Location: Brighton/Lewes Salary: £25-30k competitive depending on experience Project Partners are now recruiting for a QA Compliance Coordinator based in and around Brighton and Lewes. Role Purpose: The Compliance Desk is responsible for ensuring that all works projects adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and industry’s best practices. The QA & Compliance Coordinator role involves monitoring compliance activities, maintaining records to ensure that all civil engineering works are executed in accordance with legal and safety requirements. The QA & Compliance Coordinator plays a crucial role in mitigating risks, promoting a culture of compliance, and supporting the successful delivery of infrastructure projects. Role Summary: Compliance Monitoring: Review and monitor works projects to ensure compliance with legislation, regulations, satisfying customer requirements and safe working practice. Identify potential compliance issues and work with teams to resolve issues. Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure the business maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all compliance activities, including permits, inspections, and audits. Incident Reporting: Manage and report any compliance incidents or breaches, and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues promptly. Policy Development: Assist in the implementation of company policies and procedures related to compliance. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving compliance processes and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
