Your primary responsibility will be to provide professional support to the Restaurant Team.
Working closely with the Restaurant Operations Manager to help the department succeed.
Main duties and responsibilities:
* Understand the business plan and actively participate in delivering relevant goals.
* Assist the Training and Standards Manager in delivering the company standards and expectations.
* Maintain a harmonious and cooperative relationship with customers and staff alike at all times.
* Manage and run shifts as required to the standards expected by the company.
* Work within the kitchen team to prepare hot and cold dishes.
* Produce all food recipes to specification and record any wastage/shrinkage in accordance with company guidelines.
* Strictly adhere to and monitor all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.
* Handle customer queries courteously and efficiently.
