As a Home Manager, you'll:
* Manage the overall running of a state of the art Nursing Home
* Ensure the highest standards of care and compliance are met.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
* Engage with residents, families, and the wider community to promote a positive environment.

The ideal Home Manager will have:
* Proven experience in a management role within an elderly nursing home setting
* Exceptional leadership skills with empathy and compassion.
* Evidence of past CQC inspections, that are good or outstanding
* Ability to inspire and nurture a team.
* NMC Pin is preferable for this role
