3M Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced HGV Driver (Class 2 Qualified) to support a local authority waste collection team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HGV Class 2 Driver looking for an immediate start in a secure and rewarding role.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Drive and operate HGV Class 2 vehicles for waste collections.
✔ Transport goods, equipment, and personnel as required.
✔ Assist with loading/unloading when necessary.
✔ Use in-cab technology to log collections and report issues.
✔ Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining professionalism at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Qualified HGV Driver (Class 2) with a valid CPC Card.
✅ Experience in waste management, logistics, or similar driving roles preferred.
✅ Ability to complete driver assessments, log sheets, and tachograph reports.
✅ Familiarity with electronic in-cab ICT systems.
✅ Strong teamwork and responsibility for crew behavior and vehicle safety.
Shift & Schedule:
🕕 Full-time, working up to 7.4 hours per day between 06:00 – 18:00.
📅 Day shifts, Monday – Friday, with occasional weekend shifts if required.
