A year placement is available within our Purchase Ledger department. Main duties will include:
1. Matching and posting of invoices
2. Reconciliation work
3. Liaison with suppliers and other departments
4. Management of queries (payments, invoice queries, credit notes)
5. Management reporting
6. Management of specific vendor accounts
7. Involvement in payment runs
8. Exposure to intercompany reconciliations

14. Able to build and maintain strong working relationships
15. Good IT skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, which must include Excel
16. Candidates must be studying an Accounting or Finance related degree
