YMCA Heart of England are looking for a Weekend Concierge to join the team based in Northfield. The successful candidate will join us on a part-time, permanent contract working 12-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £13,592.58 per annum. Our concierges are involved in the delivery of a customer-focused housing management service to our tenants within a safe and secure environment. The ability to work under pressure and deal with situations in a calm and competent manner is essential, and the experience of working with disadvantaged/vulnerable people and knowledge of the issues that they face.
