About the Role & Team Support Disney Destinations International in growing the consumer direct proposition for Disneyland Paris (DLP) UK/IE and support on portfolio activations when required. In this position you will be reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager. You will be contributing towards achieving the attendance, room nights and revenue goals for DLP through supporting the Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Executive in all aspects of the planning, development, execution and evaluation of WDTCI marketing initiatives. What You Will Do • Support the Digital Marketing Team with the creation of new website content to support the launch of product and offers for DLP and portfolio activations when required • Undertake content audits to look at recommendations for content improvement and updates, ensuring content is accurate and optimised • Collaborate with digital teams based in U.S. and France on website activations • Support the Digital Marketing Executives with setting up new website content across disneyholidays domains using the Content Management Systems • Support the Digital Marketing Executives and the Performance Marketing Executive with the creation of PPC ads • Work closely with the Development and Digital Production Teams, taking an active interest in User Experience best practice, ensuring continuous optimisation of the user journey • Responsible for developing and updating pre- and post-booking consumer touch points, including guest documentation, collateral and IVR messaging • Support the wider marketing team with queries and material relating specifically to the Walt Disney Travel Company, ensuring product and messaging is accurately reflected • Be responsible for the Frequently Asked Questions section of the website working closely with the operations team • Take an active interest in Search Engine Optimization best practice and support in its optimisation initiatives • Support the team in administrative duties, production of marketing materials, briefing of marketing initiatives and product updates • Be responsible for keeping the Finance Tracking File updated and raising Purchase Orders as required • Assist the Promotional and PR team • Operate with integrity, champion change and be a good ambassador for DDI and the wider Walt Disney Company • Operate as part of an effective and inclusive team by demonstrating an awareness of others; welcoming and valuing unique perspectives and ideas; offering support, sharing knowledge and best practices in order to contribute to overall departmental commitments • Take ownership of your professional development through regular career conversations with your line manager and utilising available resources such as D Learn, instructor-led courses and on the job learning • Proactively suggest ways to improve departmental performance and processes, leveraging technological tools where applicable • Build links with other TWDC functions to develop broader knowledge of the business • Promote and maintain an inclusive workplace, championing diversity and inclusion and make use of available resources to extend knowledge and best practice. Required Qualifications & Skills • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience working in a similar field.
