Reporting directly into the COO you’ll lead a team of 9 pax who deliver C suite and high level incentive travel and conferences for clients in a wide range of sectors.
So, what will you be doing?
* Building the department structure to support immediate client needs and future requirements
* As mentioned, leading and empowering an awesome team
* Being ultimately responsible for a growing part of the business with £9m in turnover currently
* Managing RFPs and submissions for high end events with C suite level clients / stakeholders
* You’ll be happy having lots of face time in their offices based in London, Kent and the North East and really engaging your team
* Supporting your team on the delivery & execution of events globally for a range of clients
