Winner Recruitment are currently working with a forward-thinking Facilities Management Service Provider who is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their cleaning services in Lincoln. If you have experience in operating as an operations manager overseeing cleaning services and you're looking for an opportunity to grow within a business with progression to become an operations manager, then look no further!
Responsibilities:
1. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for 23 sites within Lincolnshire and 90 staff made up of supervisors and cleaning operatives.
2. You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and managing the cleaning staff ensuring they are delivering high levels of cleaning standards.
3. You will have full responsibility for Profit & Loss, KPI/SLA, and client management.
4. You will develop and implement operational plans that meet client requirements and service standards.
5. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
6. You will ensure all sites are complying with health and safety regulations and company policies.
7. You will identify new opportunities to help the business grow and add other service lines such as Maintenance and Security.
Candidate:
1. You must have past experience in overseeing soft services predominantly cleaning across multiple sites.
2. You must have strong leadership and organisational skills.
3. You should possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
4. You must be proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
