Job summary Benfleet PCN has an opportunity for a digital and admin support lead to join our busy practice support team, on a full-time basis for 37.5 hours per week. Main duties of the job The post-holder will work within a MDT to support the PCN manager and member practices of the primary care network (PCN) tosupport delivery of projects and administration tasks. They will also support the improvement of patient access, quality and continuity of care, staff and patient satisfaction, and the efficiency and sustainability of general practice services. The post-holder will work closely with the PCN manager in addition to the practice managers and staff at the PCN to understand current service models, identify challenges, agree priorities for improvement and then support these to be delivered. Furthermore, supporting the day to day operation of the PCN. The post-holder will develop strong relationships with their local PCN practices and will support the planning and delivery of improvements that will provide benefits to patients and staff. This role requires an ambitious and forward thinking individual, who is able to multi-task, work hard and maintain a high level of attention to detail when under pressure. About us Benfleet PCN was formed in June 2019 with seven like-minded practices wanting to provide a joined up integrated service for our population. The PCN now includes 40 staff members, and we have been known as the accelerator PCN in mid and south Essex. The PCN provides services for just under 48,000 patients across the patch.
