Your focus will be on booking appointments and continuing professional development with key influencers. Main Responsibilities Make engaging outbound phone calls to introduce new and existing products to architects. Schedule presentations and appointments for our external representatives. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to reach out to new architectural practices effectively. Keep your line manager updated on successes, milestones, and key metrics. Follow up on leads from the web and samples sent, ensuring exceptional service and converting leads into appointments. Maintain a clean and organized database for smooth operations. Skills and Attributes: Previous experience in sales, telephone outreach, or customer service is essential. Goal-oriented, persistent, and driven to achieve results. Patient demeanour with the ability to handle rejection gracefully. High adaptability to changing environments and tasks. Familiarity with CRM systems to manage customer interactions. Self-disciplined with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Experience thriving in a KPI-driven environment.
