* Job Title – Campaign Marketing Co-Ordinator

* Working Model – 4 days working from office, 1 day working from home
Role Overview: Support in the delivery of global, multichannel marketing campaigns for JD, aligned to campaign and brand vision and strategy. Work closely with Campaign leads and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth flow of information and communications across all relevant stakeholders, partners, and departments.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
* Developing excellent working relationships with all stakeholders, partners & market/regional teams, working cross-functionally.
* Delivering administrative support, including saving all campaign files (creative, pre-production, and final assets) on the server, ensuring version control, or managing campaign usage terms.
* Assisting in report building, reaching out to relevant teams and stakeholders to gather information for campaigns.
* Assisting in tracking campaign budgets, ensuring budgets are met and campaigns are cost-effective.
* Managing ad-hoc requests from key stakeholders, such as managing additional usage requests on imagery.
* Coordinating with key departments and local markets to develop and deliver detailed campaign critical paths and complete deliverables list.
* Ensuring smooth delivery of all assigned tasks/projects on time, assisting with campaign timelines and chasing deadlines.
* Communicating campaign status, escalating potential issues, and working to resolve them.
* Proactively managing the JD Main Campaign calendar, diarising stakeholder meetings and presentations.
* Supporting roll-out, working with international channel leads across Retail, Creative, VM, Studio, ODM, and other channels.
* Sharing suggestions and ideas with the team to enrich projects and maintaining knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
* Utilizing insights and knowledge gained on each project to inform subsequent projects.
* Supporting sample management, working with the Buying team to ensure samples are received on time and are correct.
* Assisting in campaign pre-production planning, including communication with international and channel leads to collate deliverables.
Skills / Experience / Knowledge needed:
* Effective and personable communicator, both spoken and written, to proactively organize, influence, and build strong, positive working relationships.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional time management skills, able to prioritize, multitask, and work to deadlines with excellent attention to detail.
* Solutions-oriented with proven ability to use initiative to achieve successful outcomes.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
* Mac/PC literate; good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Keynote/PPT.
