My client is a respected and established accountancy practice based in Bolton. I am assisting them to find an experienced administrator to help with the smooth running of the office.
Involved in all aspects of office administration with at least 5 years' experience (accounting practice preferred but not essential). Must be computer literate and able to complete professional letters and emails. Must have exceptional organisational skills.
Job Description:
* Opening of post
* Scanning/Filing/Shredding
* Greeting clients
* Speaking to clients face to face and over the phone
* Contact HMRC on a regular basis in relation to tax queries
* Collating, organising, and managing of Client personal information
* Due Diligence and risk assessments
* Regular management of fee proposals and letter of engagements
* Booking accounting records in and out and managing the office processes
* Scheduling of meetings for both clients and staff
* Organisation of diaries and calendars
* Sending Letters/Parcels
* Organising and attending of networking/company events
* Ordering of stationery and merchandise
* Credit Control from time to time
* Anything else that may be asked from time to time in relation to the business requirements.
Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5pm with half an hour for lunch. Twenty days holiday per annum plus 8 days Bank Holiday. We will consider applications for part-time but no hybrid working
