Apprentice Plumber (closing date: 02/03/25)
£7.55 per hour (in the first year) Swansea Council's Building Services Department is responsible for maintaining the Council's Public Buildings and Housing stock. We are currently looking to recruit 6 apprentices for our September 2025 programme.
The apprenticeship opportunities for 2025 will be in Plumbing, Electrical, Plastering, Carpentry and Bricklaying. The apprenticeship programme will run for up to 4 years.
Recruitment Process:
1. Application Form - Advert will run from 10 February 2025 to 2 March 2025
2. Invite for Assessment - April 2025
3. Short list for TEAMS/Telephone Interview - April/May 2025
4. Short list for Face to Face Interview - April/May 2025
5. Successful Applicants Recruited - June/July 2025

Successful applicants will be capable, well organised, eager to learn and will have excellent communication and presentation skills.
