1. Facilitating and providing specific interventions to aid in the children's learning.
2. Facilitating a safe and secure environment for learning to take place.

4. Keeping track of their academic achievements.
5. Having a good understanding of the importance of safeguarding.
Qualities Needed:
1. Being kind, caring, and compassionate.
2. Having a determination to make a difference in the lives of the students.
3. Being patient and willing to adapt your approach to meet the needs of the students.
4. Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, will be advantageous but not essential.
5. Enhanced DBS check required, but we can facilitate your application if you don't have one.
