The Opportunity: We are currently recruiting for a Design Team Lead to join us in our Glasgow office. This role supports the development of creative, strategic and visually impactful design work for the firm, with a particular focus on the UK, Europe and US markets. Working closely with the Global Senior Design Manager, this position helps bring the brand to life through concept development, high-quality execution, and a strong understanding of Ashurst's brand and visual identity. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Understanding Ashurst's 2027 Strategy, Values and Brand, and how the team supports the firm's success. Contributing to a wide range of design projects, offering creative ideas and solutions that elevate the firm's marketing and brand campaigns. Managing the design team in Glasgow, coordinating the prioritisation and organisation of work within the team, helping to maintain quality and consistency across outputs. Collaborating closely with the Global Senior Design Manager to support and enhance creative direction across major projects and campaigns. Collaborating with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure design needs are met. This is a Glasgow -based role with hybrid working. About you: The successful candidate will have: Minimum of 8 years' experience in design, with at least 3 years as a Senior Graphic Designer in a corporate or agency environment. Proven track record creating high-end, sophisticated design executions across multimedia production projects (including print, digital, video and motion graphics). Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Familiarity with HTML, CSS, web design principles and accessible design.
