The HART Deputy Team Leader will operate at functional command level to ensure that a safe system of work can be implemented in conjunction with the Operational Commander prior to commitment into the risk area.
Main Duties of the Job
Responsible for supporting the HART Team Leader or acting up as HART Team Leader in their absence covering leave or short term sickness. When acting up, the HART Deputy Team Leader will be responsible for day to day admin duties on station as well as deploying the team and acting as HART Team Leader/ Operational Commander on scene.

Person Specification
Educational and Qualifications
* Certified/competent in all core HART capabilities
* Educated to degree level or relevant experience
* IOSH Managing Safely Qualification
