Vice President, International + Mid-Market Field Marketing
Make an Impact Epsilon is seeking a strategic and innovative Global Field Marketing Leader to drive the execution of field marketing, lead generation, and sales support initiatives on a global scale for Epsilon's Mid-Market team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in tactical marketing program execution, including events, sponsorships, promotions, awareness initiatives, and lead generation activities. The Vice President (VP) will report to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy and Insights and will lead a team of 7 global marketing professionals.
The VP will collaborate with International and US Mid-market leadership to support growing the business. The VP will be responsible for standardizing how we establish, plan, forecast, and measure the Return on Investment (ROI) from Field Marketing Initiatives. The VP will establish best practices for tracking Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) within Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and tools.
What You'll Achieve
1. Develop and implement global field marketing strategies to support tactical marketing programs and initiatives for Epsilon Mid-Market.
2. Lead a team of marketing professionals to execute field marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales support programs worldwide.
3. Ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and execution across regional teams.
4. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing efforts.
5. Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of marketing programs and optimize results.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to drive integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the mid-market segment.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in field marketing and lead generation to drive innovation and competitive advantage for Epsilon Mid-Market.
Who You Are

2. Proven success in executing global marketing programs and initiatives.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
