Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.
Due to internal development we’re looking for a passionate and driven Care Home Manager to pick up the reins on our recently opened brand-new, luxury care home located in Ringwood and to be an integral part of the exciting commissioning phase.
Offering the very best in person-centred Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care and a fantastic setting for up to 72-residents, we’re looking for the very best leader in the care sector to join us. Your strong leadership skills combined with your passion and drive will be instrumental to continue to build the team and deliver on commercial goals.
Key Skills & Experience
* Registered Home Manager with experience in successfully leading, developing and growing teams and business in a care service (elderly)
* Proven track record of achieving regulatory standards across five key quality domains
* Strong commercial acumen with ability to demonstrate successful impact on results
* Proven success of delivering exceptional results through people
* Experience in building strong local community contacts and working closely with key stakeholders
* Commissioning home experience is advantageous, but not a deal-breaker.

Benefits
* Salary £75,000 -£85,000 per annum.
* Opportunity to earn bonus ‘up to’ 40% of your annual salary – with OTE up to £119,000 per annum.
