Description
The position of Logistics Administration Manager is a key role inside the ANZ Operations team. In this position you are driving excellence in execution across our warehouses in Australia and New Zealand, some of them are fully owned and controlled by Kraft Heinz and others are operated in a 3PL model. We operate in a mix of ambient and frozen. This role is the connection between the Transportation and the Warehousing teams directly impacting the service levels that Kraft Heinz delivers to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support operational excellence in maintaining up to date Accounts Payable accounts for all Logistics vendors;
2. Orchestrate and assist in the centralisation and storage of all data associated with Logistics invoices;
3. Lead the resolution of reconciliation issues on Statements of Accounts for Logistics vendors;
4. Work jointly on continuous improvement programs with the CI Logistics Team and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth implementation without service disruption;
5. Work jointly with the Logistics Admin Team to streamline & simplify invoice processing and invoice validation;
6. Provide cross functional collaboration to support accounts payable issue resolution where vendors are shared between business functions;
7. Liaise with Supply Chain and S&OP Finance to support and provide input into accrual, paid invoice values;
8. Liaise with internal stakeholders including Financial Controllership, Heads of Distribution Centres, Supply and Operations teams, Transportation team, Procurement (local and global), GBS to rectify payment issues for Logistics vendors.

9. Accounts payable knowledge
10. Bachelors / master’s degree in a related field.
11. Prior experience in an FMCG environment is a benefit.Experience in working with Warehouse Management Systems and Transportation Management Systems,
12. A high degree of familiarity and practice of analytical tools (such as Tableau and Power BI), and expert user in MS Excel
13. People management experience. Strong relationship building, influence, communication.
14. Extensive experience in change management
15. Some experience in warehouse automation (layer pickers, AGVs, automated high bay, etc.)
