About Our Client
Fantastic Opportunity to work for a well established business looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a 3 month contract in Redhill.
Job Description
3. Supporting the team to pay our supplier invoices in a timely manner.
4. Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor you will match supplier invoices to orders, carry out reconciliations and resolve queries.
5. Scanning invoices and Credit notes
6. Employee expenses Assisting in payment runs
7. Supplier liaison Query resolution
The Successful Applicant
8. Ideally you will have experience within a similar position and be used to working in the office environment.
9. Able to manage your workload and work unsupervised
10. Communicate in a polite and professional manner, with suppliers and internal customers
11. Work as part of team to achieve targets
12. Complete tasks within set timelines
13. May be working towards an accountancy degree
