Construction Operation Manager
Location : Chester
Package information : Competitive salary, car allowance, pension, healthcare,
This main construction company is very well established and respected for the work they complete for key blue chip accounts within the Industrial Construction sector. The business doesn’t enter the open tender market preferring to work with clients that want a full hands on construction approach. Every account is handled by an operations person who is the point of contact for all of the success of the scheme. There will be a site manager/supervisor on site for delivery but all management and client liaison responsibilities lie with the Operations Manager. The role is typical of a cradle to grave approach but working with high level expectation clients.
The opportunity would suit an experienced accountable individual who craves autonomy and wants to go back to the real job of delivering schemes by being in control not passing responsibilities on to others.
