The regional manager for retail stores is responsible for successfully driving sales revenue in the North East region while building and leading high-performing teams. To be considered for this position, you must have an extensive retail background within a leading brand. We are looking for a sales and service-focused champion who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and who enjoys working as part of a team.
This role is field-based, so you’d have to be comfortable to commute across all of North East, the geography of the store portfolio.

What to expect from the role
The regional sales manager for retail stores will build high-performing teams and strategically drive sales and profitability within Pandora owned and operated stores while consistently maintaining a customer-centric approach at all times. Global and local brand standards must be executed commercially and efficiently. The regional manager will be responsible for building strong partnerships with key stakeholders to maximize opportunities related to people, product and operations within the region.
Key responsibilities:
People
1. Lead, inspire and develop people to build committed and high-performing store managers and teams. Adapt leadership and coaching styles to meet diverse experience levels, focusing on people management & development, selling, stock and operational excellence and visual merchandising.
2. Promote an inclusive and diverse culture in line with Pandora’s brand values.
3. Champion a positive and flexible work culture, promoting continuous improvement and effective change.
4. Develop and invest in talent to create a robust internal talent pipeline and succession plan.
Performance and standards
1. Successfully drive sales performance to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
2. Coach and lead store managers and teams to maximise sales & profitability and to deliver high standards of operational execution.
3. Lead and deliver ‘best-in-class’ customer experience and uphold brand initiatives and operational standards across all stores.
Partnerships, training and communication
1. Collaborate closely with HR, Retail Operations, Training and Merchandising to maximize potential in people, product and sales.
2. Partner with the Sales Training team to develop training programmes and deliver business results.
3. Facilitate face-to-face training and workshops for store teams.
Process, analysis and administration
1. Conduct analyses of business performance, data and reporting to identify commercial opportunities and implement necessary changes and corrective actions where appropriate.
2. Understand industry standards and benchmarks, seeking innovative ideas to ensure Pandora remains a market leader in service and operational standards.
3. Manage payroll in line with business expectations.

1. Extensive store management experience within a large organisation.
2. Customer-centric, service-oriented team leader with a target-driven and sales-focused approach.
3. Strategic and solutions-focused manager with an excellent understanding of successfully achieving retail KPIs.
4. Ability to prioritise and work effectively under time pressure, demonstrating efficiency and energy.
5. Inspiring leader, coach and mentor with excellent people development skills.
6. High level of business acumen with experience in strategic planning.
7. Data-driven decision-maker with expertise in scheduling, productivity optimization, stock management, payroll, and territory oversight.
8. Self-motivated, organised professional with a logical mindset and effective time management skills.
9. Creative approach with experience in visual merchandising.
