Key Responsibilities
* Manage an efficient and profitable showroom, achieving company policies and sales targets.
* Set and monitor individual and team targets to support regional sales objectives.
* Motivate and communicate with the team to meet corporate standards.
* Maintain showroom layout, merchandising, and overall appearance to display products effectively.
* Ensure the showroom is appropriately staffed to provide excellent customer service.
* Organize training to maintain staff product knowledge.
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively in the showroom or over the phone.
* Stay updated on market trends influencing store operations.
* Maintain staff discipline and apply company policies as needed.
* Protect company assets by preventing shoplifting and fraud.
* Represent the company at events such as trade shows and corporate functions.
* Ensure staff recommend suitable products and provide accurate quotations.
Health & Safety
* Understand and adhere to all Health & Safety requirements.
* Address any Health & Safety issues and monitor housekeeping standards in the store.
Personal Attributes
* Proven ability to manage and develop staff.
* Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing skills.
* Experience in face-to-face sales or retail management, preferably in the KBB (Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedroom) sector.
* Smart personal appearance.
* UK driving license preferred.
Education & Qualifications
* Strong verbal, written, and numerical skills.
* Relevant experience in a similar environment.
