At Back to Life, were on a mission to make life-saving knowledge accessible and impactful. Were looking for an energetic and detail-driven Operations Training Coordinator who will report to the newly promoted Operations and Training Team Leader and support the delivery of our operations and ensure that our training and education events run smoothly with great customer feedback.
What youll be doing:
Coordinating communication with clients, trainers, and participants to ensure the most effective delivery of training
Managing schedules and maintaining accurate training records
Preparing and distributing training materials
Problem-solving and keeping everyone in the loop
Supporting Back to Lifes reputation for professionalism and compassionate service

What we offer:
Permanent role with a long-standing team
Part-time 21 hours per week : Ideally 3 days per week but the exact working pattern will be flexible to suit you (please do let us know if your application what you are looking for)
Hybrid working : The office is in Effingham, Surrey and ideally you will be office based on Tuesdays and Thursdays
Salary : £18-23,000 full time equivalent (dependent on experience)
This is an ideal role for someone who has some office experience but looking for their second role, someone returning to the work place with great organising skills, or someone who is looking to combine a part-time role with another commitment.
