The Brand & Content Manager is a new role reporting directly to the Head of Brand at MoneyPlus. As a team, the Brand team will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the brand strategy, ensuring embeddedness within the organisation and working cross-functionally to ensure that every single consumer touch point is a great and well branded experience. Specifically the Brand & Content Manager will be responsible for developing the communication seen across Owned, Earned and Paid channels, working with the Head of Brand, internal creatives and external agencies to develop impactful comms. This role will own the content strategy and brand content calendar, overseeing content creation, and ensuring consistency in messaging. The ideal candidate will have a background in brand management, with a great knowledge of Social Media, including organic channel management, UGC and influencers. What’s in it for you? Brand Strategy and Management: Support the Head of Brand in developing and implementing a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with the company’s mission and goals. Support the Head of Brand in developing and implementing refreshed brand positioning and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communication materials. Management of resulting brand campaigns and tactical output, such as creative and content development, activations and experiential marketing. Content Strategy Development: Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy which runs across Owned Channels for MoneyPlus, including Website, Social Media and PR. Develop content calendars and manage content production across various platforms (e.g., website, social media, email, blogs). Work with channel owners to ensure content performance is measured, reported and feeds back into quarterly content strategy updates. Constantly monitor competitor activities, consumer trends and cultural topics relevant to the Money Plus brand and our Target Audiences. Content Creation and Management: Working with internal creatives and external agencies, project manage the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, as per the content and channel strategies. Establish pre-production process which ensure management buy-in before production takes place. Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice and fit with FCA guidelines. Social Media Management: Manage the relationship with Social Media agency to develop and manage social media strategies which meet our overall business objectives. Create and curate content for social media platforms, ensuring it reflects the brand voice and values. Establish new processes for aligning content themes, pre-production/production, and reporting social results. Ambassador/Influencer Strategy & Management Critically assess existing influencer strategy and make future recommendations. Develop and own Ambassador/Influencer Strategy. Own the Ambassador/Influencer activities from end to end, including identifying appropriate people, briefing, negotiation, management, reporting etc. Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with the marketing teams, internal creatives and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the brand and content strategy innovative and competitive. What skills and experience do we need you to have? 5 years of experience brand management, content strategy or related roles. Experience within Financial Services (or other highly regulated industry) with a strong consumer focus is preferred. Proven experience in developing/implementing successful content strategies. Proven experience of working with in house and agency creative teams. Demonstrable knowledge of creative processes and production process. Strong knowledge of Social Media channels including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn, including knowledge of the latest trends and best practices. Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven recommendations and decisions. Ability to think strategically and creatively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eager to learn and proactive in sharing thoughts, ideas and recommendations. Are you ready to join us?
