Aureos is currently seeking a Surveyor Coordinator to join our team in Andover.
As our team grows, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Surveyor Coordinator to help manage and arrange our survey visits, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completions.
As a Surveyor Coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and scheduling survey visits, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that surveyors have everything they need to successfully complete their fieldwork. Your role will be crucial in maintaining efficient workflows and ensuring surveys are conducted on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule survey visits, ensuring all appointments and fieldwork are arranged in advance.
* Communicate with clients to confirm survey details, locations, and requirements.
* Work closely with surveyors to ensure they have the necessary equipment, materials, and documentation for each visit.
* Maintain accurate records of scheduled surveys, progress, and outcomes.
* Monitor project timelines to ensure surveys are conducted on time and within the allocated budget.
* Assist with managing logistics for survey teams, including travel arrangements and site access.
* Address any issues or changes in scheduling promptly and professionally.
* Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained for survey activities.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in scheduling, logistics, or project coordination is highly desirable.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Knowledge of surveying terminology and processes is a plus, but not required.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and customer service.
