Youll work closely with the Nursery Manager to foster a nurturing environment for both children and staff while supporting key areas such as compliance, curriculum implementation, and family engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Support
* Assist in leading, mentoring, and supporting the nursery team
* Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
* Support recruitment, induction, and staff development
Operational Excellence
* Maintain high standards of care, education, and safety
* Help oversee the implementation of the EYFS curriculum
* Assist with daily operational and compliance tasks
Financial & Administrative Support
* Assist in fee management, budget monitoring, and invoicing
* Track performance against agreed targets and nursery goals
Family & Community Engagement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers
* Ensure families feel informed, involved, and valued
Culture & Values
* Lead by example, promoting a supportive and positive work culture
* Encourage staff wellbeing and professional development

The Ideal Candidate:
* Level 3 or above in Early Years
