What Youll Do:
As a Technical Support Engineer, youll be at the heart of the company. You will collaborate with internal teams, third-party IT providers, and partners to ensure seamless onboarding, resolve technical challenges, and optimise overall customer experiences. Your expertise will play a key role in managing and improving processes.
* Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by collaborating with internal teams and third-party IT companies.
* Provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, especially during product launches, updates, or complex scenarios requiring quick problem-solving.
* Monitor bug reports and CRM data to proactively resolve issues.
