They are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer who can deal with a range of issues as they grow. You will collaborate with internal teams, third-party IT providers, and partners to ensure seamless onboarding, resolve technical challenges, and optimise overall customer experiences. Your expertise will play a key role in managing and improving processes. Facilitate smooth customer onboarding by collaborating with internal teams and third-party IT companies. Provide expert 1st and 2nd line support, especially during product launches, updates, or complex scenarios requiring quick problem-solving. Monitor bug reports and CRM data to proactively resolve issues. What Youll Bring to the Role: Experience in a similar role,ideally within a B2B SaaS environment. Proven experience managing customer relationships and delivering complex projects. Familiarity with customer experience tools Knowledge of Networking Technologies and Core Internet Technologies.
