Job Description
1. Develop and implement advanced technical processes to drive key results in the factory.
2. Ensure compliance with industry standards and legislation through structured technical activities.
3. Drive quality assurance and continuous improvement across the business.
4. Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively to non-technical colleagues.
5. Manage and maintain Quality Management and HACCP systems.
6. Oversee hygiene standards, conduct audits, and manage non-conformances.
7. Ability to manage stakeholders and work with suppliers/customers.
The Successful Applicant
1. Relevant experience and a degree in food science or equivalent.
2. Hands-on leadership with excellent decision-making and communication skills.
3. Ability to engage diverse stakeholders and align teams to achieve technical goals.
4. Well versed with BRC and HACCP.
