Lynx Golf is looking for a full-time in-house Graphic Designer to oversee the creation of high-quality design assets across product, packaging, print, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand identity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Packaging Design
1. Design products and packaging in line with brand standards.
2. Collaborate with factories to finalize and approve designs.
Creative Oversight
1. Ensure all creative outputs, including social media assets and paid advertising materials, align with brand guidelines.
Print Design
1. Design print materials such as trade presenters, catalogues, posters, and point-of-sale materials.
Digital Design
1. Create digital assets including email banners, website graphics, product logos, and presentations.
2. Personalize product logos for customer orders and convert logos into print-ready files.
Website Management
1. Upload and manage website content, including product launches, collections, and promotions.
2. Design promotional banners and product images.
3. Assist in resolving website issues to ensure functionality.
Product Photography (Preferred, but not essential)
1. Photograph and edit product images for digital and print use.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom.
2. Experience in product and packaging design.
3. Strong understanding of branding and design consistency.
4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
5. Basic Shopify knowledge (preferred but training can be provided).
6. A background in golf or sports design is beneficial but not required.
