Key Responsibilities
1. Define and execute the software development strategy in alignment with business goals.

3. Oversee all technical aspects of software design, architecture, and implementation.
4. Implement Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance efficiency and development speed.

What We’re Looking For
1. Education & Experience: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 8-10 years of experience in software development (5+ years in a leadership role).
2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of modern programming languages (Python, Java, C#), cloud computing, APIs, and microservices.
3. Leadership & People Management: Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
4. Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions.
5. Industry Adaptability: Experience in a similar industry or ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains.
