Primarily, our work is based throughout the North West, however you will be expected to travel further afield when required. Reporting directly to our management team, our ideal candidate must be self-motivated, capable of multi-tasking and have a strong customer focus. Our ideal candidate requirements: Minimum of 5 years (not including training) experienced with both Electronic Security and Life Safety Systems with an NSI Gold accredited company Extremely competent with the installation and commissioning of all types of Fire & Security Systems including Remote Monitoring Be able to carry out maintenance and fault finding to a high level on all system types Successfully meet security screening requirements to BS7858:2009, DBS and Police check A High level of knowledge working on manufactures such as but not limited to: Honeywell, Menvier, Texecom, Paxton, Videx, C-Tec, Advanced, Morley, Hikvision, Hanwa & Avigilon Sound knowledge of IT, Networking, Electrical and Electronic principles Availability to be included within the company 24 hour call out rota Additional Requirements / Skills: Be self-managed and able to work under your own initiative whilst still being a good team player Good judgement and the ability to make rational decisions in limited timescales Managing your vehicle stock control Always adhering to and working responsibly in line with the companies H&S Policy Completion of audit paperwork and job sheets, both manually and electronically Be reliable, organised, hardworking and have good planning skills Clean Driving Licence Adherence to all company policies and procedures To act as a company ambassador Maintaining/developing good relations with both clients and colleagues We know that sometimes the ‘perfect candidate’ doesn’t exist, and that people can be put off applying for a job if they don’t fit all the requirements.
