Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Procure materials and manage orders; receive shipments and organize inventories; coordinate shipments and work to improve supply chain processes at Rentschler ATMP.
* Generate purchase orders based on demand on SAP ByD and Amici Platform.
* Coordinate shipments from third-party collaborators to the manufacturing facility.
* Support accounts payable/invoice queries and reconciliations.
* Support Supply Chain Manager in the maintenance of material master data.
* Oversee direct and indirect materials receipting across the company for each location.
* Support the Supply Chain and wider Finance team with any queries that require resolution.
* Manage all material planning and logistics.
* Support material inspections and stock management on all sites.
* Gather documentation to support the inspection process.
* Support long-term production planning and forecasting.
* Generate production orders for manufacturing.
* Any other duties commensurate with the role and the above responsibilities.
What is Important To Us:
* At least 1-2 years previous supply chain experience in the life sciences or related industry (ATMP field desirable but not essential).
* Proven experience working in a GMP or regulated environment.
* Experience in SAP ByD ERP systems and inventory management preferable.
