We’re looking for an ambitious graphic designer to help shape our brand identity across our three ecommerce brands, Connexity, Skimlinks, and Shop Your Likes.
Working across international teams based in London, New York, and Bangkok, you’ll create vibrant and diverse design assets. In this role, you’ll be our brand ambassador, deliver marketing campaigns including social, thought leadership, and presentations, and design for events including signage and branding.
Working with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and other teams across our business, you’ll help elevate our visual offering and produce gorgeous designs. You will be the person to make design a differentiator for our brand and showcase the power of creativity in attracting, nurturing, and converting our prospects and customers.

* Collaborate with international teams to brainstorm innovative ideas that deliver on design briefs from our marketing teams, offering fresh perspectives and inspiring ideas.
* Fuel design innovation, drawing in regular external references and new perspectives to bring our brand to life.
* Own our design tools and processes, ensuring the team is supported in their design needs.
* Make our marketing collateral shine: From a presentation for a pitch to compelling data visualization, materials for a conference we’re attending, a gifting concept for a special customer, or imagery to stand out on social media, there’s a diverse range of projects to get your teeth stuck into.
Responsibilities:
* Design Ideation: Produce marketing assets to support campaigns including imagery for social media, campaign landing pages, newsletters, print, documentation, ebooks, presentations, and infographics.
* Template Creation: Maintain design templates for use across the business in a broad range of formats.
* Event Branding: Support our in-person events with concepts including stage backdrops, banners, and company merchandise concepts.
* Project Management: Manage multiple projects and deliverables at a time, with teams working across EMEA, APAC, and the US.
* Quality Assurance: Exercise attention to detail and deliver design work to the highest standards, ensuring fantastic creative outcomes for our campaigns.
* Brand Identity: Brand ownership; enhancing the creative brand, brand design guidelines, icons, typography, patterns, color palette, building image libraries, etc.
What you'll need to succeed:
* 2+ years of experience in a graphic design role.
* Graphic Design Degree preferred.
* Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere), with further experience in other tools like Canva & Figma highly desirable.
