As part of our expansion, we are seeking a creative and driven individual to join our sales and marketing team as an apprentice. ideally the candidate will be a social media enthusiast with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The Sales and Marketing Apprentice will work closely with the Sales Team and the Business Manager to support our business development efforts and enhance our brand presence across digital and traditional platforms. This role is perfect for someone with creative flair and a keen interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Create content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook) to drive brand awareness. Support the sales team with lead generation activities, including researching potential clients and creating prospect lists. Help manage the company’s website by updating product pages, blog posts and case studies. Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and email campaigns. Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, responding to queries and building relationships. Analyse performance metrics for social media and marketing campaigns to report on effectiveness. Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and assist the sales team. There many be opportunity for international travel in the future.
