Job Title:
Lidl Procurement Project Manager (Implementation & Purchasing)
Salary Range: £49,500 - £66,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and overseeing procurement projects from requisition to completion
* Researching new solutions and suppliers
* Testing new solutions in stores when necessary
* Cost control and management for your projects
* Order and delivery management
* Preparing summaries, overviews and project status documents for senior management
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, international colleagues and external suppliers
* Communicating changes, new initiatives and project rollouts to the business
* Ensuring new equipment is installed correctly by creating effective procedures
* Analyzing the market and business processes, generating new ideas on subject matters of responsibility
Requirements:
* Self-motivated and proactive with a can-do attitude and the ability to drive projects and solve problems independently
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines
* Proven project management experience
* Creative problem solving and analytical skills
* Able to plan and control budgets
* Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
