As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of client accounts and ensure the smooth delivery of outsourced accounting services, including bookkeeping, management reporting, and credit control. Working closely with clients, you will use cutting-edge technology to streamline their financial processes and provide them with valuable business insights, whilst also overseeing and supporting trainees and account associates.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Collaboration: Supervise and support Trainees and Account Associates in their tasks, ensuring all client needs are met.
2. Client Management: Manage your client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely completion of financial reports.
3. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare management accounts, VAT returns, and payment runs, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
4. Technology Use: Leverage cloud accounting software like Xero to drive efficiency and provide real-time financial insights.
5. Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve services and streamline workflows for clients, enhancing profitability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. Qualifications: AAT qualification (essential).
2. Experience: Experience with Xero or other cloud accounting platforms.
3. Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and time management abilities.
