Job Profile
As the successful CADCAM Programmer / CNC Machinist (Milling), you will be reporting to the Production Manager and working alongside a highly skilled and friendly team of other experienced CNC machinists / engineers, working on varied and interesting projects, producing components for a varied client base.
Duties:
* Program, Set and Run CNC Milling machines
* Offline 5 Axis and 4 Axis Programming using EdgeCam (other software experience will be considered)
* Creation of holding fixtures for production parts
* Use of CAM package to create programs for machined parts from customer drawings
* CNC Programming using Fanuc and Winmax
* Modifying programs when required.
* Set and Run Machines
* Check work at each stage
* Creation of works instructions for new parts.
Skills & Attributes:
* Offline / CADCAM Programming (ideally with EdgeCAM but other software experience will be considered).
* Winmax / Fanuc experience would be ideal but will consider other controls experience.
* Able to Set and Run CNC Machines.
* Able to Program CNC Machines.
* Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings.
* Able to use Manual Machine Tools when required.

Hours of Work:
* Double Day Shift (Days and Lates)
* Morning Shift – 6am to 2:30pm, Monday to Thursday & 1:15pm finish Friday
* Late Shift – 11am to 8pm, Monday to Thursday & 8am to 1:15pm Friday
* Overtime available, paid at a rate of x1.5hrs weekdays & Saturday, x1hrs Sunday
