Sales Administrator required to work for a leading Facilities Management company. The Administrator will be organised, detail orientated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Administrator’s Responsibilities:
* Handling a significant volume of emails and allocate them to the appropriate departments.
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
* Ensuring all quote requests are captured in our internal systems.
* Reporting:
* Create and maintain a spreadsheet of outstanding quotes.
* Generate monthly performance reports for the department.
* Compile reports on submitted quotes.
* Raise purchase orders for materials and subcontractor work.
Administrators required:
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
* Adhere to strict deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
