Monday – Thursday 8:30am – 5pm, Friday 8:30 – 4pm

General description of role:
The Customer Relationship Coordinator aims to ensure that the organisation delivers excellent customer service in support of the Customer Relationship Manager. This role ensures accurate service level reporting to agreed timetables, analysing reports to identify issues such as forecasts, event management, transport, and order patterns.
Key responsibilities of the role:
1. Execute daily supply chain processes to meet agreed customer service levels.
2. Support the Supply Chain Relationship Manager & Controller in delivering customer excellence while managing costs.
3. Collaborate with other functions to ensure accurate and accessible data.
4. Analyse service level reports to identify issues and present corrective actions.
5. Maintain a strong understanding of customer-specific reporting systems to improve account management.
6. Maintain scorecards for designated accounts and prepare for supply meetings.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive actions for continuous enhancement.
