The Deputy Divisional Head of Operations (DDHO) is a key member of the Divisional Team and will contribute to ensuring the operational performance of the Division on a day to day basis, delivering safe, effective efficient service to patients. The post-holder is responsible for the management of local and national access targets and supporting the Directorates in delivering people, performance and financial objectives whilst improving the operational effectiveness of the Division. The post holder plays a vital role in supporting the DDO and senior Divisional Team in developing and implementing the Divisional strategy in line with the Trust's vision, values and strategic goals.

The Deputy Divisional Director of Operations is a pivotal member of the MRC Divisional Team and will contribute to ensuring the operational performance of the Division on a day to day basis, delivering safe, effective efficient service to patients.
The post-holder is responsible for the management of local and national access targets and supporting the Directorates in delivering people, performance and financial objectives whilst improving the operational effectiveness of the Division. You will play a vital role in supporting the Divisional Director of Operations and Senior Divisional Team in developing and implementing the Divisional strategy in line with the Trust’s vision, values and strategic goals.
