Location: Whitley Wood, Reading (Just a 3min drive from Whitley Wood Fire Station)
Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence Covering Manual Vehicles

You'll be joining a lively and welcoming home, supporting four active ladies who share a passion for:
- Music & Socialising: From belting out their favourite tunes to enjoying trips to the pub, these ladies love to let their hair down and have fun.
- Travel & Adventure: Whether it's short day trips or packing for a seaside holiday, they're always ready to explore.
- Swimming: A much-loved activity at this house that's always on the schedule.

What Will You Be Doing?
As a Support Worker, you'll provide tailored care to ensure each lady lives life to the fullest. Your responsibilities include:
- Empowering Independence : Support with daily tasks like shopping, meal preparation, and housework (cleaning and laundry).
- Personal Care & Medication: Assist with personal care and medication administration (training provided).
- Mobility Assistance: Help one of the ladies who uses a wheelchair when out and about.
- Driving Duties: You'll be driving the ladies in their minibus, so confidence behind the wheel is essential.
- Planning Activities: Create opportunities for social outings, trips, and memorable holidays.
Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 7am - 2pm / 2pm - 9pm
- Flexibility is key! Work on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends.
Rotas are provided at least 4 weeks in advance to help you plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.
