Job Summary: To work alongside the Engineering function and deliver a robust training programme for the engineering business systems in use in particular Teamcenter. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with Engineering to create instructionally designed training materials, such as classroom based training, web - based courses, videos and how to guides. Develop skill training matrices that can be used to deliver key training to individuals with specific emphasis on new starters. Create a systems key user community. Apply proven learning development models to analyse feedback and improve training delivery and contents. Apply proven subject matter expertise to help Key Skills: Must have experience in Teamcenter and SAP and how the two systems interface. Teamcenter experience must include managing data, object types and workflows. Least 2 years experience in an Engineering environment and have an understanding of Product lifecycle management, and Product data management Training skills preferred but not essential, but must be confident to be able to deliver training. This role would be suitable for someone looking to move in to a training role. Knowledge of other integrated engineering systems advantage, such has 3D CAD, CREO, NX. Strong verbal and written communication, and be comfortable speaking in front of large groups. Proficient in Microsoft office packages, word, PowerPoint. Willingness to travel an average 20% Must be qualified to HNC/HND, Degree or Equivalent in an Engineering subject Preferably worked in the defence or similar type business.
